Our work demonstrates the strength of well-executed design and engineering.
From concept through to completion, each project is delivered with a focus on performance, reliability, and measurable outcomes.

Overberg Wind Farm
Massive ambition in action. Construction is racing ahead on the Overberg Wind Farm – Southern Africa's largest wind power plant. Veld conceptualised and developed the project from the ground up, leading negotiations with our development partners. Now, with Red Rocket's acquisition and commitment to build and operate the facility, we're watching this exceptional project become reality. It's been a privilege working with the Red Rocket team to make it happen.
This landmark renewable energy project is located near Swellendam in the Western Cape, South Africa. It is set to become the largest privately developed single wind farm in South Africa upon completion.

Copperton Wind Farm
102 MW of pure clean power. Since December 2021, this 102 USD million renewable energy facility in South Africa's Northern Cape has been delivering the goods. The world's first radio-quiet wind farm. Years of dedicated engineering went into designing systems that operate seamlessly alongside the nearby Square Kilometre Array, ensuring zero interference with one of the planet's most sensitive radio astronomy instruments. It's a rare feat: clean energy and cutting-edge science working in perfect harmony.
Veld were the original developers, and we've maintained a stake in the project. We're proud to partner with project leaders Elawan and Pele Green Energy.
